Every year, The Society of Illustrators hosts an art auction of mini works by illustrators to raise funds for the Student Scholarship Fund and every year, several of our artists participate. In his disturbing new series of illustrations for The Milkin Institute Review, Jason Seiler portrayed the V.A.T tax (something we deal with foreign clients all the time) as the zombie that just won't be killed!
